・This is a guide to the standard plan.・If you wish to upgrade to the premium plan, it will be an additional 550 yen (tax included) per person. ・If you wish to add the all-you-can-drink sake plan (optional), it will be an additional 1,100 yen (tax included) per person.

This course allows you to enjoy famous Akita specialties! For dessert, we will use Babahera ice cream from Kodama Reika, the original maker of Babahera ice cream! This plan allows you to enjoy a slightly more luxurious and relaxed time, something a little different from your usual drinking party.The restaurant offers a balanced selection of popular dishes, including charcoal grilled, fried, teppanyaki, and a la carte dishes made with seasonal ingredients, ensuring both satisfying food and freedom with alcoholic beverages.

1. Smoked daikon radish

A specialty pickle that represents Akita, with an addictive smoky aroma and crispy texture.This is the perfect first dish to pair with alcohol.

2. Tonburi Tororo Salad

It uses a generous amount of Akita's specialty tonburi, known as "caviar from the field."This popular salad is a perfect combination of the crunchy texture and the mellowness of grated yam.

3. Assorted 3-piece sashimi

A luxurious assortment of carefully selected fresh fish of the day.This dish is a delight for tourists and allows you to taste the bounty of Akita's sea.

4. Ham cutlet

Thickly sliced ham packed with flavor in a light and crispy coating.A nostalgic dish that pairs well with alcohol and will put a smile on anyone's face.

5. Sandfish sushi

Traditional fermented sushi that fully concentrates the flavor of Akita's specialty sandfish.Its unique, deep flavor is also very popular with tourists from outside the prefecture.

6. Hinai Chicken Kiritanpo Hot Pot

Akita's specialty kiritanpo served with our proud soup infused with the delicious flavor of Hinai chicken.This is our most recommended hot pot dish, which will warm your body.

7. Babahera Ice Cream

An exact reproduction of Akita's street specialty, "Babahera."The gently sweet and colorful ice cream makes a lovely and refreshing finale to the course.
